All classes must be booked online as we do not have facilities to take payment at the studio - and because we like to keep our classes at a comfortable capacity we encourage you to book in advance to avoid disappointment! If you have purchased one of our class packs you must still log in and pre-book your place online. 

Please note that your booking can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the class begins. Cancellations received less than 12 hours in advance will be non transferable and non refundable (although exceptions will be made if you email us in advance and we can fill your space!)

Solo moves - £16 (one class)

First moves - 5 classes for £30 (new movers only, valid for 14 days from purchase) 

Occasional moves - £70 (5 Class Pack, valid for 90 days from purchase) 

Regular moves - £120 (10 Class Pack, valid for 90 days from purchase) 

Unlimited moves - £100 per month (includes access to our on-demand library - this is a rolling subscription with a 3 month minimum contract and will incur a single £5 admin fee)

OUR CLASSES:

Flow Yoga

Our Flow classes are dynamic and deliberately sequenced to get your juices flowing. With consistent attention to the breath, bandhas (internal locks) and alignment you will emerge feeling energised, focused and strengthened both inside and out.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Come and move gently inwards with us. This class will slow things down to examine our poses in a little more depth and establish the stable foundations of your practice, so that you can move safely and confidently through our Flow classes. It will be a mindful and nourishing practice to leave you relaxed, unwound and deeply centered.

Slow Yoga & Sound

Our Slow classes will ground and replenish you while still bringing you all those sweet sensations of stretch we know and love so much. Poses will be held for longer with a deep focus on the breath, to allow the body to gently release and loosen up that fascia to keep you free in body and mind. Our Sunday afternoon Slow Yoga and Sound session will include a longer savasana with a delicious mini sound bath to soothe and nourish your being.

Barre Tone

Get ready to SCULPT! Our latest addiction, Barre is an excellent way to build strength throughout your entire body for better balance and integrity. It improves posture and alignment using high-rep, low-impact and isometric movements to target deep muscles and enhance the overall stability of the body.

Dynamic Pilates

A class designed to readdress the body’s natural balance and structural integrity through a series of precise, controlled movements. With a primary focus on the core, which is the centre of support for the entire body, this class improves strength, flexibility and posture, keeping the body mobile and helping prevent or reduce injury. It is a strong, fitness-based and results-driven class that gives a satisfying low-impact workout incorporating traditional Pilates principles with a little extra spice!

Strength & Conditioning

A low impact, high repetition, super sculpting workout for the whole body, incorporating resistance training drills and techniques with a variety of equipment. Expect LIIT blasts, weighted moves, core focus and a whole lot of sweaty, stress-relieving fun!

HIIT & Strength

This class is designed to build strength and improve physical performance; we will focus on form and correct technique before adding intensity. Integrating explosive cardio bursts, bodyweight exercise and equipment work our instructors will support and motivate your progress to optimum physical health.

TRX Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses your body weight to build strength, mobility, and endurance. This class will leave you feeling strong and empowered as we learn the core principles of TRX training and couple them with weighted moves on the mat. Our teacher is TRX certified so don’t worry if you have never used or heard of them before!

Personal Training

We offer 1:1, 1:2 and small group personal training sessions if you feel like you would benefit from some tailored support. Our sessions will focus on your personal goals, building confidence and technique with your movements ensuring you have the skills to move forward in your training. Sessions are fun, focused and never the same. Prenantal yoga has so many benefits in pregnancy and for labour and birth, helping to: maintain optimal alignment as your posture changes, build strength and mobility and give you tools to reduce your stress in day to day life. Mum & Baby Yoga

Postnatal provides a space to bring your baby, be with others and also focus on yourself for an hour. We'll work on optimal alignment, strength and mobility - focusing on common areas of tension and weakness post pregnancy. You can rest, feed and change as you wish! We are very happy to welcome Strong Mums Club into the studio! A personal training company specialising in postnatal strength training and body transformations, their mission is to empower new mums to feel strong, healthy and confident in their postnatal body and what it can do.
