With over 12 years of ballet training and nearly a decade working in the corporate world, Melody experienced both the discipline of movement and the challenges of modern life. ‘After a burn out, I turned to yoga and breathwork, which completely transformed my life. It helped me find balance, strength, and a sustainable way to live my creative career and maintain my health—and now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. In my classes, I focus on flowing sequences with an emphasis on mobility, flexibility, sustainable movement, and mindful breathing. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels supported and inspired to grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I lead with joy, energy, and kindness.
