Revive Massage Therapy with Casey Stewart-Smith:
Hello all
Some of you already know me and have experienced Revive Therapy treatments but for those of you new to me, I'm Casey Stewart-Smith, lifetime resident of Tower Hamlets, a cockney original, mother of 2 beautiful goddesses, guardian to Zero the cockerpoo and move enthusiast since its birth!
I started Revive Therapy when my girls were young, initially to keep my brain ticking over whilst playing barbies, but by the end of my first qualifying course, I was completely hooked. I've since gone through extensive training to the highest possible standard graduating from the Jing Institute of massage and complimentary therapy, with my Bachelor of Technology Level 6 professional diploma in advanced clinical massage and sports therapy.
Whether you are suffering from injury, chronic pain, or the need to decompress from your very busy lifestyle, I am committed to bringing you the best possible treatments and treatment packages. I am also a Neals Yard Independent consultant, so only use the most gorgeous organic products in my treatments. I'm so excited to be able to offer a full range of treatments from the move well space, comprising:
Advanced Clinical Massage therapy (ACMT) : a unique outcome based system for addressing acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and mobility issues through a tried and tested fusion of advanced soft tissue and massage techniques.
Holistic Massage : rest and reset
Hot Stone Fusion Massage Therapy : for deep relaxation
Pregnancy Massage : pre & post-natal
Neals Yard Organic Facials : much much more than just a beauty treatment
You can follow me on Instagram where I am currently showcasing the most recent research into massage therapy and advocating for Unpaid Carers to be elevated to greater standing within our society. You can also find me via my website or book treatments with me directly. I cannot wait to welcome you and treat you in the move well space!

Pause Practice - Holistic Facial Therapy with Léonie:
Hi, I’m Léonie, a facialist with a passion for supporting people to feel good in and about their skin.
A facial with me is a space to not only rebalance your skin, but your mind and body too. I always had spotty skin (still do sometimes) but it was during the pandemic when my acne felt out of control. I was unhappy, self conscious and confused what to do. This spurred me on to do a skincare course to find ways to support my own skin. I discovered that I loved helping other people with their skin too, and that touch can have a profound effect on you physically and mentally. Three years later – having left my career in teaching – I am now a professional facialist who has worked with hundreds of clients with different skin concerns helping then to slow down and have a moment of deep rest and rejuvenation. A facial with me at Pause Practice is an invitation to work together to support your skincare goals, with a focus on it being a time for you to pause, reset, and allow time for the nervous system to rebalance. I am so excited to bring Pause Practice facials to move well, and as a special launch gift I am offering £10 off your first treatment.
