Firstly, thank you for being one of our move well practitioners! We are proud to have a fabulous teaching team and we know that we will create the same together at move well. As this is an external rental agreement for a shared environment, we ask you to please review the below outlined terms and conditions of use. By the rental and use of move well you are agreeing to be bound by any posted guidelines or rules applicable to these services, which may be modified from time to time. Our current terms will always be available here on our website.

• Please do not share the studio / move well access codes with anyone. If this becomes necessary for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Please ensure that you lock the move well door at the end of your shift (even if you believe that another practitioner will arrive soon, as delays or changes can happen and so it’s important that the room is always secure when not in use).

• Please leave the move well space, reception and bathrooms in the same condition that you found them. It is important that you wipe down the equipment you have used (you will find cleaning spray and cloths under the sink) and ensure the space is well maintained for the next practitioner.

• We will hoover and mop the space every week, but if there is a need for an immediate hoover (because of muddy shoes / excessively fluffy socks etc!) then you will find our hoover in the changing room, which is the door beside our reception desk.

• If your work creates a lot of rubbish (such as a lot of paper towel) please take this with you for disposal, as we do not have access to any commercial bins and so we try to create as little waste as possible.

• Please respect your contracted hours and do not attempt to access the space outside of those hours.

• We ask you all to be mindful of the fact that you are sharing the space, and so please make sure that you store your possessions neatly and do not leave things lying around or outside of their allocated place. We hate to be so pedantic, but we hope that you will all understand the importance of maintaining a tight ship :)

• We are not responsible for the safekeeping of you or your guests belongings.

• If you feel that these guidelines are not being respected, please let us know and we will address your concerns.
