By the use of our website and attendance of our Personal Training sessions you are agreeing to be bound by any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to these services, which may be modified from time to time. Our current Terms will always be available on our website. Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before attending. While we endeavour to deliver all our sessions on time and as advertised, they are occasionally subject to change.
All PT sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. To complete your booking you must accept the below outlined Liability Waiver and Health Check .
If you need to cancel your session, you can do so directly with your Personal Trainer at any time, however cancellations received less than 12 hours in advance are non transferable and non refundable.
We ask you to please arrive in good time. No compensation, extension or refunds will be offered for sessions you are late to.
From time to time we will take photo or video images in class to use on our social media platforms, or for occasional marketing campaigns. If you do not wish to appear online simply let us know and we will be sure not to use your image.
We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
Liability Waiver
I have voluntarily enrolled in PT sessions offered at move studio london. I recognise that such classes may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other fitness activities.
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in such fitness classes. I confirm that I feel well and do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 (such as a cough, a fever, or a loss of/change to your sense of smell or taste). I have been advised that an examination by a physician should be obtained by anyone prior to commencing exercise or initiating a substantial change in the amount of regular physical activity performed. If I have chosen not to obtain prior physician’s consent, I hereby agree that I am doing so solely at my own risk. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to participate in exercises that are appropriate for the current status of my health.
I agree not to hold move studio london responsible for the actions or omissions of the other session participants. I have been informed, understand, and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, are potentially hazardous activities. I also have been informed, understand, and am aware that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciations of the dangers involved.
I hereby waive and release move studio london and its successors and assigns, from any and all claims, costs, liability and expense for any injury, loss or damage, to person or property, whether known, anticipated or unanticipated arising from my voluntary participation and enrolment.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT CONTAINS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND THAT BY ACCEPTING IT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST MOVE STUDIO LONDON
Health Check
Please review the questions below and answer them honestly. If you answer “Yes” to one or more of the below questions, please DO NOT come to class and consult your GP before engaging in physical activity. Tell your GP which questions you answered “Yes” to. After a medical evaluation, seek advice from your GP on what type of activity is suitable for your current condition.
Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only perform physical activity recommended by a doctor?
Do you feel pain in your chest when you perform physical activity?
In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not performing any physical activity?
Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?
Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?
Is your doctor currently prescribing any medication for your blood pressure or for a heart condition?
Do you know of any other reason why you should not engage in physical activity?
Please DO NOT attend IN STUDIO classes if you (or anyone in your household) are feeling unwell and have possible symptoms of COVID-19– such as a cough, a fever, or a loss of/change to your sense of smell or taste.
