Some of our teachers will have created their own that we will send out with the access link for specific classes, but these are here for some inspiration and motivation if required!

For FLOW YOGA - Jess has created one, two, three, four, five, six, seven selections for you to rotate

For SLOW YOGA - we have one, two or three options for you
