Terms & Conditions of Studio Hire

We are so glad that you have decided to run an event in our space and we truly hope that you enjoy doing so! As this is an external rental agreement and we do not keep your public liability insurance details on file (as we do for our teaching team), we ask you to please review the below outlined terms of hire. By the rental and use of our studio you are agreeing to be bound by any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to these services, which may be modified from time to time. Our current Terms will always be available on our website. Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before confirming your booking with us.

• Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your bank transfer for the full payment. By making payment, you are indicating your acceptance of the below outlined Liability Waiver.

• Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking for any reason. We will always try to issue refunds where we can (minus a £30 administration charge).

• Please do not share the studio access codes with anyone. We ask if possible that only one person per rental agreement has the access codes and keeps them private.

• Please leave the studio, reception and bathrooms in the same condition that you found them.

• We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your or your guests belongings.

Liability Waiver

I have voluntarily enrolled in a studio rental agreement with move studio london to offer my own event or practice sessions. I am not paid by move studio london for this session and so do not offer this session on their behalf.

I agree not to hold move studio london responsible for the actions or omissions of myself or any of my class participants.  I have been informed, understand, and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, are potentially hazardous activities. I also have been informed, understand, and am aware that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciations of the dangers involved.

I hereby waive and release move studio london and its successors and assigns, from any and all claims, costs, liability and expense for any injury, loss or damage, to person or property, whether known, anticipated or unanticipated arising from my voluntary participation and enrolment in this rental agreement.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT CONTAINS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND THAT BY ACCEPTING IT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST MOVE STUDIO LONDON
